Step into a landscape shaped by glaciers and time. Turquoise lakes, dramatic alpine passes, wildlife-rich valleys, and winding scenic highways that feel almost cinematic. This private Canadian Rockies journey is entirely customized around you, whether you’re dreaming of iconic highlights or quiet corners far from the crowds. From Banff and Jasper to Kananaskis, Waterton Lakes, Yoho, Revelstoke, and beyond, we design a seamless multi-day experience that reflects how you want to travel — sunrise at Moraine Lake, a scenic drive along the Icefields Parkway, a wildlife safari at dusk, alpine hikes with big views, or simply lingering longer where the scenery feels most powerful. This isn’t a fixed itinerary. It’s a thoughtfully curated experience shaped by your pace, interests, travel style, and comfort preferences. We handle the logistics — permits, timed access, transportation, routing, and accommodation — so you can simply arrive and immerse yourself in the landscape. With private guiding, flexible daily flow, and handpicked 3–5 star stays, this is the Rockies without the stress: elevated, intentional, and entirely yours.

Highlights

Indigenous Medicine Walk — A Cree knowledge keeper leads us through the forest and meadow at Cascade Ponds in Banff National Park. The plants, the stories, the traditions that have been read into this land for millennia. Bush tea brewed from what we find along the way. One of those experiences that stays with people long after the trip ends.

Everwild Nordic Spa — Your home for four nights is also one of Alberta’s finest thermal wellness experiences, offering Aufguss sauna rituals, herbal steam lodge, cold plunge pools, and guided wellness ceremonies. Use your included entries whenever they feel right.

Forest bathing through boreal wilderness — Walk slowly, breathe deeply, and let a guide show you what the forest has to say when you stop moving through it so fast.

Wildlife in their element — Spend an afternoon moving through the park with a guide who knows where to look, watching the animals that call this place home go about their lives.

Sound, stillness, and the Rockies — A sound bath with a local healer closes out your last full day, the kind of reset that’s hard to explain and impossible to forget.

Canmore meets you peacefully: Three Sisters peaks above, Bow river below, the pace already different. Check in to Everwild, take a breath, and let the place start doing its thing.

Late afternoon, we gather at the Nordic Spa for a welcome ritual. a quiet moment to arrive properly, before the weekend begins.

Dinner this evening is at Everwild’s own Rhythm & Howl – seasonal, local, made to nourish your body and soul. Your guide sets the tone for the days ahead over warm food and easy conversation.

Morning yoga sets the tone: somatic and restorative, designed to open the body after travel and bring you back to yourself. No experience necessary. Just show up.

From there, your guide leads the group into the forest for a two-hour forest bathing walk. This isn’t a hike with a destination – it’s a practice. Rooted in the Japanese tradition of shinrin-yoku, forest bathing asks you to slow down, pay attention, and let the living world around you do what it does best. Your guide offers simple invitations along the way: pause here, listen, notice.

The afternoon is yours to enjoy the thermal circuit at Everwild at your own pace. Soak, steam, and settle into your body.

Meals: Breakfast and Lunch
Overnight: Canmore

The most meaningful morning of the retreat. We drive to Cascade Ponds in Banff National Park for the Indigenous medicine walk – a Cree knowledge keeper leading us through forest and meadow, reading the land the way their ancestors taught them to. Medicinal plants, trees, flowers. Bush tea from what’s gathered along the way. You’ll leave with a different relationship to the ground you’ve been walking on all week.

The afternoon is yours. If you haven’t yet used your Everwild spa entry, this is the perfect day for it.

We gather one final time for a farewell dinner using locally sourced ingredients from one of our favourite and special dining experiences in the Rockies. It is, in every sense, the landscape on a plate. A fitting final chapter.

Meals: Breakfast and Dinner
Overnight: Canmore

Enjoy your final breakfast, take a quiet walk along the Bow River if you want it — one last look at the Three Sisters. Then the valley lets you go.

We hope you leave lighter, more present, with something of the Rockies carried quietly inside you.

FAQs

The deposit for this tour is $500 CAD (or equivalent) per person. Your deposit is refundable for 24 hours after booking. After that, there is a $100 per person transfer fee that applies to changes you want to make to your tour (ie. to change the tour date or to choose a different tour). Transfers are possible until the final payment deadline, unless otherwise specified. Of course, if Radventures cannot confirm your tour by the final payment deadline, your deposit can be refunded or transferred to another tour free of charge.

Yes! We would definitely recommend an “All Inclusive” policy that covers you for both medical expenses as well as any trip cancellation or interruptions. You can purchase this from our booking platform, “WeTravel”, or contact us for more information.

At Radventures we pride ourselves on our flexibility. If you wan’t to enjoy more of this beautiful country before and after your time with us, we’d be more than happy to make any arrangements for you. As for being partly involved in a tour, whilst we can’t make any guarantees about whats possible or not, it’s best that you get in touch with us when you’re considering booking a tour or trip with us and let us know how you want things to work so we can see if we can make it work.

This is a tricky one. We don’t know when other people will book, so it’s hard to know if and when the tour will fill up. Our advice is to book as soon as you’ve made the decision to travel, that way you won’t be disappointed. Most of our service providers have a cutoff date of 2-3 months before departure that we need to advise them to release any excess space, and while we may be able to get these services back after the cutoff date it’s definitely safer to book early while we can still guarantee enough space for you.

You’re in great company! We have two options for solo travellers on our tours – you can join our share program to be matched with another rad solo traveller (of the same sex), or you can purchase the single supplement to have your own private room.
