Guided wildlife tours, hiking and snowshoeing, private ski days, electric fat biking, kayaking and rafting (seasonal), team building adventure days, sunset picnics, and fully custom multi day retreats. And if you’ve got something specific in mind that isn’t on the list, just tell us, we’re pretty flexible.

As wild or as easy as your crew wants. We scale every experience to the group, from lakeside strolls and sunset picnics to summit hikes and guided wildlife tours. Mixed-ability teams are our specialty, and nobody ever gets left behind.

Everything’s covered: guided experiences, transport, permits, gear, and optional catering. One clear quote, no hidden extras

For peak summer (June to September) and winter (December to March), 6 to 10 weeks locks in your dates and permits comfortably. Shorter timelines are often doable, so reach out and we’ll tell you honestly what’s still open.

Always. From vegan and vegetarian to gluten-free, kosher, and allergies, just tell us ahead of time and our catering partners make sure everyone eats well in the mountains.

For sure. We host teams from across Canada and the United States all the time. We’ll coordinate transfers from Calgary (YYC), point you to the best lodging in Banff and Canmore, and quote in USD. The getting-here part is on us to make easy.

Anything from small teams right up to company wide events, we scale up using multiple vehicles and concurrent experiences whenever it’s needed. Just tell us your headcount and we’ll figure out the best structure to make it work.

Winter corporate experiences are honestly some of our very best. Private ski days, snowshoeing, Johnston Canyon ice walks, stargazing under the peaks, it makes for a completely different and seriously impressive setting for a team day out.
