How It Works

1. Submit a Claim:
   • If you find a lower price for the same tour or experience within 48 hours of booking with us, let us know by providing:
     • Provider’s name and website link.
     • Price comparison in Canadian Dollars (CAD) or converted using a recognized exchange rate.
     • Screenshot or proof of the price difference, including currency details.
2. We’ll Verify the Price:
   • Our team will confirm that the comparison is valid, ensuring it matches the same:
     • Tour inclusions (transport, meals, accommodations, etc.).
     • Dates and times.
     • Duration and group size.
     • Currency (must be in CAD or converted to CAD).
3. Price Match + Bonus:
   • Once verified, we’ll match the price and reward you with an additional 5% off or a future booking credit as a thank-you for choosing us.

Eligibility Criteria

• The lower price must be for the same tour or experience, including:
  • Dates and times.
  • Inclusions (transport, meals, accommodations, etc.).
  • Group size and tour duration.
• The lower price must be publicly available, bookable online, and displayed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) or converted to CAD using a recognized exchange rate.
• This policy does not apply to:
  • Flash sales, promotions, or limited-time offers.
  • Prices from membership-only or discount clubs.
  • Tours with different itineraries or service levels.

1. Let Us Fix It: Share your concerns with us during the tour by speaking with your guide or contacting our support team. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue immediately and get your experience back on track.
2. Money-Back Guarantee: If we cannot resolve the issue to your satisfaction, we’ll offer a partial or full refund, depending on the situation. Partial refunds apply when portions of the tour meet expectations but certain elements fall short.

Eligibility for a Refund

To qualify for the Money Back Policy:

1. Inform your guide or a company representative of your concern as soon as possible during the tour. This allows us the opportunity to address it on the spot.
2. Refunds are applicable for issues that are within our control, such as:
   • Missed key destinations or activities due to our fault.
   • A tour that fails to align with the advertised description or inclusions.
   • Any issues related to the quality of transportation, accommodations, or meals (where provided).
3. Refunds are not applicable for:
   • Weather or natural events beyond our control.
   • Delays caused by traffic, unforeseen incidents, or third-party vendors.
   • Personal preferences or changes to your plans during the tour.

How to Request a Refund

1. Contact Us: After the tour, reach out to us via email, phone, or our website within 7 days of the tour’s completion.
2. Provide Feedback: Share the details of your experience and what went wrong. Your feedback helps us improve and ensures fair processing of your request.
3. Refund Processing: If eligible, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days via your original payment method.

We have a full refund policy for cancellations made 24 hours prior to the departure date for all public day tours.

Private bookings, transfers, and group bookings of 6 or more are subject to a 7-day cancellation policy. We cannot refund no-shows or late arrivals that miss departure times. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for more information on our Cancellation Policies.
