Executiv400 Offer Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the Executiv400 promotional offer (the “Offer”) made available by Radventures Canada (“Radventures”, “we”, “us”). By using the promotional code EXECUTIV400 (the “Code”), you agree to these Terms. These Terms apply in addition to Radventures’ standard Booking Terms and Conditions, available at https://www.radventurescanada.com/terms-conditions/, which continue to apply in full. If there is a conflict between these Terms and the Booking Terms and Conditions with respect to the Offer, these Terms prevail.1. THE OFFER
- The Offer provides a discount of CAD $400 off the price of one (1) eligible Radventures Multi-Day trip (a “Qualifying Trip”) when the Code is applied at the time of booking.
- The discount is applied once per booking, regardless of the number of travellers on the booking.
- The discount is applied to the base trip price before taxes and fees. It does not apply to taxes, booking fees, single-supplement charges, optional activities, add-ons, travel insurance, flights, or any other charges not included in the base trip price.
2. ELIGIBILITY
- The Offer is available to members of the Executiv network and attendees of the Executiv event on September 25, 2026 (each, an “Eligible Participant”).
- Eligible Participants must be at least 18 years of age at the time of booking.
- The Code may be used one (1) time per person. Once a person has used the Code on a booking, the Code may not be used again by that person, whether on the same booking, a subsequent booking, or a booking made under a different name for that person’s benefit.
- The Offer is not available to Radventures employees, contractors, or their immediate family members.
3. BOOKING WINDOW AND TRAVEL DATES
- To qualify, the booking must be made, and the Code applied, between September 25, 2026 and December 14, 2026, inclusive (the “Booking Window”), based on Mountain Time.
- The Qualifying Trip must depart on or before December 31, 2028.
- The Code must be entered at the time of booking. The discount cannot be applied retroactively to bookings made before the Code was entered, to bookings made outside the Booking Window, or to existing reservations.
4. QUALIFYING TRIPS
- The Offer applies only to Radventures Multi-Day trips as listed at https://www.radventurescanada.com/multi-day-tours with a minimum trip price of CAD $2,000 per person.
- The Offer does not apply to day tours, private or custom itineraries, group charters, gift cards, or any trip that Radventures designates as excluded from promotional discounts.
- All bookings are subject to availability. Radventures makes no guarantee that any particular trip, departure date, or room category will be available during the Booking Window.
5. COMBINATION WITH OTHER OFFERS
The Offer may not be combined with any other promotion, discount, credit, voucher, loyalty benefit, or special rate, including but not limited to early-booking discounts, group rates, and prize or survey credits. Where more than one offer could apply, the traveller must choose which single offer to use.6. PAYMENT, DEPOSIT, AND CANCELLATION
- The discount is applied to the total trip price. Standard deposit and payment schedules under the Booking Terms and Conditions apply to the discounted price.
- If a booking made with the Code is cancelled by the traveller, any refund is calculated in accordance with the Booking Terms and Conditions based on amounts actually paid. The discount has no cash value and will not be refunded, credited, or paid out in any form.
- If a booking made with the Code is changed to a different trip or departure date, the discount will carry over only if the new trip is a Qualifying Trip, the change is made within the Booking Window, and the new departure is on or before December 31, 2028. Otherwise the discount is forfeited.
- If Radventures cancels a Qualifying Trip, the traveller will be offered the options set out in the Booking Terms and Conditions. Where a traveller accepts an alternative trip, Radventures will honour the discount on the alternative trip.
7. NO CASH VALUE; NON-TRANSFERABLE
- The Offer and the Code have no cash or monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or any other form of payment.
- The Code is intended for the personal use of Eligible Participants and may not be sold, auctioned, traded, published, or otherwise transferred for consideration. Radventures may refuse or cancel any booking where it reasonably believes the Code has been obtained or used in a manner inconsistent with these Terms.
8. CHANGES AND WITHDRAWAL
- Radventures reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw the Offer at any time without prior notice, for any reason, including in the event of fraud, technical error, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Any such change will not affect bookings already confirmed using the Code.
- If the Code is found to have been published or distributed more widely than intended, Radventures may deactivate the Code at its discretion.
- Radventures is not responsible for lost, expired, or misused Codes, or for any technical error that prevents the Code from being applied. If you experience difficulty applying the Code, contact reservations@radventurescanada.com before completing your booking.
9. GENERAL
- Radventures’ decisions regarding the Offer and any matter arising under these Terms are final.
- Radventures may correct any typographical or clerical error in these Terms or in promotional materials relating to the Offer.
- If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
- These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection legislation.
- This Offer is administered by Radventures and is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Executiv.
