Crampons and any relevant ice walking gear are provided wherever they’re needed. Just be sure to dress warmly regardless, and your guide will let you know in advance if anything specific is required for your particular departure.
Warm and in layers, that’s the golden rule. Go for a thermal base layer (top and bottom), a cozy mid layer like fleece or down, and a waterproof shell on the outside. Add warm, waterproof boots, plus gloves, a toque, and a neck gaiter to seal in the heat
